Drawing on twenty years of work, Lynn Bosetti and Dianne Gereluk analyze the philosophical, historical, political, and social principles that underpin the formation and implementation of school choice policies in the provinces and territories.

Lynn Bosetti is a professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan. She is a senior research fellow at the Barbara Mitchell Centre for Improvement in Education.

Dianne Gereluk is Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs in Education, and an associate professor in leadership, policy, and governance at the Werklund School of Education, University of Calgary.
