University of Toronto Press is saddened to learn of the passing of Allan Blakeney on April 16th, 2011 following a brief battle with cancer.
In 1998 and 2008, we were honoured to work with the former Premier of Saskatchewan on his book, Political Management in Canada, and his memoirs An Honourable Calling. A longstanding friend and contributor to the press, Allan Blakeney was an influential leader who will be well remembered.
