UTP at Congress 2010

Today, the second day of Congress 2010, dawned cloudy with a little rain following a sunny Friday at Concordia University in Montreal. After arriving on Thursday to set up the booth, the book fair for Congress 2010 opened its doors Friday morning, and despite the cloudy weather today, conference attendees are browsing the variety of books that the publishers have set out for display.

P.K. Page Passes Away at the Age of 93

It is with great sadness that the Press learned yesterday, January 14th, of the passing of PK PAGE. In 2006 we were privileged to publish The Filled Pen: Selected Non-Fiction of P.K. Page, Edited by Zailig Pollock. A lively and humorous correspondent, PK had a great appreciation for the importance of scholarly research and was always willing to devote her time to speaking with editors and researchers.
