Product Marketing Specialist
Manages the production of the trade catalogues, writes sales and jacket copy for all books, oversees our marketing meetings and marketing plans for all books, and releases new books into inventory.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Oversees the UTP blog, feature sections on the website (e.g. homepage banners, featured authors), ancillary websites, and creating and distributing all email campaigns; can make updates to the website in Klopotek if Bob is not available.
Data and Web Coordinator
Oversees all metadata, uploads each new seasonal catalogue to the website, makes all updates and corrections to the website in Klopotek, main contact for metadata issues on third-party websites (e.g. Amazon).
Social Media Specialist
Oversees all social media for the Book Publishing Division, including new book posts on all platforms, social media advertising, the sharing of relevant articles, and general announcements about the press.
Advertising and Graphic Design Coordinator
Oversees all print and digital advertising, book trailers, and any in-house design work for the marketing team.
Oversees all publicity and author events, and handles the sending of advance proofs to relevant media.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Oversees all exam and desk copy requests via the website (answers the email@example.com email address), prepares tip sheets and materials for sales teams, manages our content on platforms such as CataList and Edelweiss.
Exhibits and Awards Coordinator
Oversees all logistical details surrounding events and conference attendance, fulfils award submissions, and monitors published reviews and review requests.
